Come join our fellow Nordic people (Danes, Finns, Icelanders, Norwegians and Swedes) to bring a toast to Leif Erickson at his statue near Shooters in the Flats followed by lunch - on your own - at the nearby Music Box Supper Club including a recitation of the Leif Erickson presidential proclamation.

After the Leif Erickson celebration plan to join us in the kitchen of Peace Lutheran church for making 'korv.'  Julian Fossen will lead us through the details.  If you want a new experience that you can put to use later, please come.
